- calendar to track what I do each day
- streaks sheet to track how many days I have in my streaks
- weekly goal sheet
- Seventeen magazine workouts
- and whatever else I decide to add.
My week goes like this
Sunday - rest
Monday - cardio and Seventeen workout
Tuesday - cardio and 30 Day Shred
Wednesday - rest
Thursday - cardio and Seventeen workout
Friday - cardio and 30 Day Shred
Saturday - cardio and yoga
I'll probably change it up after about a month or so, modifying as I go along. And I also have to get in at least 10 minutes of exercise a day, even on rest days. Which should include a short strength session or a walk.
Another part of my program is weekly goals. These don't have to be health related, but they have to have something to do with bettering myself. This include:
- drink 8 glasses of water every day
- bring lunch to school every day
- 2 fruits/veggies every day
- jog for 30/60/90 minutes
- eat NO junk food
- etc.
Each week has a possibility of 7 points. Each day that I complete said goal, I get 1 point and 1 dollar towards my fund. If there is only one thing or less than 7, I'll figure it out. Before I start my new school year in August, I get to go on a shopping trip with all the money I earn from this.
Something similar to the weekly goals is the streaks. The goal here is to complete a said action every day for as many days as possible. After a certain number of days in my streak, I get a prize! Possible prizes include Converse shoes, new AE jeans, a new puzzle, etc. I'm a teenage girl, the possibilities are endless.
- drink 8 glasses of water (60 day prize = pair of Converse)
- eat 2 fruits/veggies (30 day prize = ?)
- exercise 10 minutes (40 day prize = Nike shorts)
- write in journal (30 days = ?)
