Day 51

Hey all who's reading this! Sorry it's been so long, I've been trying to get myself to write a blog, but I've been so bad with my choices that I didn't want to own up. But I'm back! And I may have a partner now, too! My neighbor/kinda friend Jenna is possibly going to do this with me. We've both been overweight our whole lives and want to change things. So we'll see how that goes.
I'm actually walking on the treadmill right now, typing on my iPhone, and wanted to talk about my 6-6-3 program, as I call it. It's a jog/walk interval kind of thing I made up about a year ago. For 1 minute each, in mph, you do 6, 6, 3, 5, 5, 3, 4, 4, 3, 3. Make sense? Then I do a 5 minute 3 mph walk, and repeat. That takes me to a nice 30 minute workout. It's a perfect workout for me, and I plan to increase the difficulty as I go by removing the 5 minute walk or increasing speed or replacing 4s with 5s. I want to be able to jog at 5 mph for 30 minutes without dying. That is my main goal, then I'll up it to 5.5 and 6.
